How much sleep do we need when we practice chikung?

Usually when we practice chikung, we will be able to reduce one to two hours of our daily sleep with some people reducing more. In other words, the practice of chikung will help us to reduce the time previously spent in sleeping because our ciruclation and metabolism will be highly regulated and promoted. In this way, we will be able to sleep less but work more and still feel energetic and stable. That‘s why more people will like to refresh themselves through the practice of chikung, which helps them save more time and be more healthy.
