Can I still engage in other forms of exercise (jogging, tennis, martial arts, etc.) after I start learning chikung?

Of course you can still engage in any forms of exercise after starting learning chikung because chikung is the fundamental training for increasing our internal strength. This means that our internal organs, skeleton, and muscles will become much stronger than before, provinding a strong backup for all exercise, and helping to raise our performance from 30% to 50% or even higher. When our internal systems are much stronger than before, we will then be able to increase our muscle development and provide an excellent performance of our physical energy which cannot be achieved by any other traditional type of training. Chikung training includes not just the physical but also the mental and spiritual levels. With the help of chikung practice one can promote all aspects of physical performance.
