If I can't practice for several days in a row, what will happen?

If you can't practice for several days in a row, you may become a little bit weaker or perhaps nothing will change. But if you stop practicing for more than one or two weeks, then you will find that you are no longer charged enough. You will feel weak or even fatigued. Not practicing for a few days won't cause a big problem because your system will be gradually deteriorate. But if you do not practice chikung for month there will be great deterioration.
