How can chikung physcially help us?

Modern people are plagued by mental and physical imbalance problems arising from urban pressures, the information explosion and civilization blockages. These problems are manifested in physical complaints and diseases from functional interference (that is, western medicine cannot cure these diseases but can alleviate their symptoms such as aching joints. These problems are related to blockages in our meridians.)

Chikung is effective in helping us to strengthen our immune system. Our endocrine system and our mind are simultaneously adjusted so we are not affected by external stimuli or internal emotional changes. This benefits us as we thus minimize the poisonous elements in our body and our mind. At the same time, chikung helps us keep our mind clear and calm, thereby providing stronger concentration and consistent power for our body to work harder.
